Eyebrow transplant in Antalya: natural, permanent eyebrows
Over-plucked, thin or scarred eyebrows can change how your whole face looks. An eyebrow transplant uses your own hair to rebuild the shape and fullness that frames your eyes, permanently.
What is an eyebrow transplant?
An eyebrow transplant moves fine hairs from a donor area, usually the back of the scalp, to the eyebrows. Each hair is placed individually at the very flat angle and specific direction that natural eyebrow hairs grow in: upwards at the inner end, then sideways and slightly downwards towards the tail. This detailed placement is what makes transplanted eyebrows look real rather than drawn on.
Because the hair comes from your own body, it is permanent. Unlike microblading or tattooing, it does not fade, and it moves and reflects light like real hair, because it is real hair.
Who is an eyebrow transplant for?
Eyebrow transplants are chosen by both women and men. Common reasons include eyebrows that never grew back after years of plucking or threading, naturally sparse eyebrows, gaps caused by scars, injuries or burns, and hair loss after certain medical treatments. It is also chosen by people who are tired of filling in their brows every morning.
If your eyebrow loss is caused by an active medical condition, such as certain thyroid or autoimmune conditions, the cause should be checked and treated first, because new hair may otherwise be affected too.
Designing eyebrows that suit your face
The design is the most important part of the procedure. The shape is drawn on your face and adjusted together with you, taking into account your bone structure, eye shape, age and personal style. A good design keeps the eyebrows slightly soft rather than perfectly sharp, because natural eyebrows are never completely symmetrical.
Most people need a few hundred grafts per eyebrow, depending on how much natural hair remains and the fullness they want. Mostly single-hair grafts are used, because they look the most natural on the face.

The procedure step by step
- Eyebrow design drawn and agreed with you in front of a mirror.
- Local anaesthesia of the donor area and the eyebrows.
- Extraction of fine single-hair grafts from the back of the scalp, usually without visible shaving.
- Implantation hair by hair at a very flat angle following the natural direction.
- Aftercare instructions for cleaning, sleeping and avoiding make-up.
Recovery and aftercare
Small scabs form around each hair and usually fall off within about a week. You should avoid make-up on the eyebrows, sauna, swimming and rubbing your face for the first one to two weeks. Many transplanted hairs shed after two to four weeks, which is normal. New growth starts at around three to four months and the final result is usually visible after nine to twelve months.
One thing to know in advance: because the hairs come from your scalp, they keep growing longer than natural eyebrow hair. You will need to trim them regularly, usually every one to two weeks, which most people find a small price for full eyebrows.
How much does an eyebrow transplant cost in Antalya?
Eyebrow transplants need fewer grafts than a scalp transplant, but the work is very detailed. In Antalya they are usually offered as packages including the procedure, hotel and transfers, often in the lower part of the overall hair transplant price range. Your exact price depends on the number of grafts and the package. See the cost guide for what to compare.
