This policy explains what personal data antalyahairtransplant.net collects when you request a free hair analysis, why we collect it and who receives it.
What we collect
When you complete the hair analysis form we collect your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address (optional), country, age range, the hair loss pattern you selected, the treatment you are interested in and your preferred travel time. We also record the page you used and basic campaign information (such as the source of an ad) to understand which pages are helpful.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to arrange a personal hair transplant plan and quote for you, and to contact you about that request by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Who receives your data
By ticking the consent box on the form you agree that your details are shared with partner hair transplant clinics in Antalya, Turkey, so they can contact you with a personal plan and quote. We do not sell your data for any other purpose and we do not share it with advertisers.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, KVKK). You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
International transfer
Your data is stored on servers used by this website and shared with clinics located in Turkey. If you live outside Turkey, this means your data is transferred to Turkey, which you consent to when you submit the form.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Send your request to privacy@antalyahairtransplant.net and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
